Hi, my name is Gary Morton, the Resident Building Manager at Liberty Tower since March 2004.
In my role as building manager of Liberty Tower, I am ably assisted by one full time and one part time cleaner. Our role is to ensure that the building presents in a professional manner and that Liberty Tower's reputation as a high class residential apartment complex stays intact.
My career background consists of twenty five years in the Oil Industry, where customer service was one of the key elements. So naturally I prefer an open door policy, where we have the ability to communicate with Gough Partners (the Body Corporate managers), the Body Corporate Committee, owners, agents and residents.
Any queries can be answered by referring to the Resident Infomation Guide (copies in all apartments) or by contacting me in my office.
In addition, all apartments should have a copy of the emergency procedures in the event of an evacuation.
For those moving in or out of the building, please be sure to contact me to arrange the loading bay and put up the lift protectors. Under no circumstances should a move be conducted without my permission. This is in the best interests of safety and to ensure that body corporate rules are respected.
